Premium Reishi Extract

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. We cannot accept returns on items that may have been damaged or broken in shipping, but will be more than happy to send a replacement for the damaged or broken product.

If you wish to return your items, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your items.

Requests without pictures and evidence of damaged or broken products will not be accepted. Requests that are submitted past 14 days from the date you received your items will not be accepted.

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority, typically taking 2-3 business days, and will come with tracking information. To ensure that your order makes it to you safely, please check that the shipping information matches the destination of the order and is correctly spelled.
